My pink ornaments in my vintage aluminium tree. I had to do pink this year since we have a new little granddaughter for Christmas.

I brought the last of my hydrangea in the house.....love it when it fades to this color...

I took this photo this weekend...it is NOT photoshopped in....one of the seeds let loose and I caught it in mid air....so happy!

~ rustling leaves ~

I love the sound of rustling leaves....I was rustling them through my feet the other day out the mailbox and back and proceeded down the road. You know, how they collect so much by the curb, I love that! My husband came out of the house and asked what I was doing? I said, what does it look like, I am rustling through the leaves.......this is my favorite things about fall.

learning to fly....... I got this series of pictures outside an antique shop. This baby robin was trying so hard to fly off this metal piece but it was too high up. You can hear him saying.....okay, I am going to go now....nope, geesh this is high up....okay, yep, my wings do work that way..... what are you looking at lady, put that camera away....can't I have some privacy! Mama was up on top of the building chirping away trying to entice him with a worm. It was the cutest thing. He never did fly away while we were there. We came by 2 hrs later and he was gone, he finally got up the nerve.

Since the sun refuses to shine.....I decided to do some spring photos in b & w this year....my lily of the valley, lilacs, ornamental crab tree blossoms and yes....a dandelion.
