I can't wait for spring to start peeking though this snow! We got another 7.2 " on Thursday and I am soooooooooo ready to get into my garden! It will come but in the mean time, I just have to be patient, look at old photos of my garden and plan new things for this year.......

We had a nice time in Florida.The weather was nice.....a little cool a couple of days but we got some sun.....that was the main thing. We went to go antiqueing ...we got a 2008 brochure and couldn't believe it....out of the whole brochure, only 3 were still open! and the kicker.....out of the 3 shops, only 1 of them greeted us with a hi. We couldn't believe it....the other 2, the person was on the computer and didn't even look up to acknowledge our presence. In this economy, you would think they would be falling all over live bodies in the store. Needless to say....I spent a total of $14.00!

I loved how the sun glistened off the water......it looked like diamonds...

I made this little valentine box. I found an old small heart box at an estate sale for 25 cents and added the pretty rose paper, ribbon, and a vintage earring. I added the matching ribbon around the edge and its done!
