Spring Flowers

I have been playing with my camera and textures again today. It's too darn cold to get out in the garden today....one of these days it will warm up! This first is my own book cover of my lilacs. I love the title! I really like this book texture...I'll be using it again I'm sure.

More of my lilacs. I have been practicing my sun flair...I think it turned pretty neat.

Last is pink petals from my ornamental crab tree. The wind blew hard last night and alot are now in the grass......too pretty to not take a picture and texture.

Beautiful photos Denise. I love how the close ups make them look like an entirely different flower.

Denise, Thanks for stopping in and your sweet comment. Lily Rose was so much fun and I will miss her. Good thing I have her older sister in my workroom! Beautiful lilacs. I can almost smell them. M.

Denise, you were right!...about the bottom of the bird cage. I'm not sure when it will actually get to me, but one of these days it will make it. It was so beautifully displayed by Judy Hill of J. Hill Design in her booth at Marburger. I can't wait to get it!
